What's black and white and chic all over? Vogue CS scoured Instagram for the best looks of the week.
Ralph Lauren's black and white dress code for his NYFW show was only the beginning. As temperatures finally begin to drop, the fashion world embraced the ease of dressing simply in black and white.
Black tie dressing never looked better than on Laura Carmichael, in Monse, at the Downton Abbey premiere in London and Cameron Dallas in his tuxedo at Ralph's Club. Halima accepted an award for "Breakthrough Model of the Year" in a bolero hat dripping with beaded fringe while Rochelle Johnson wore her fringe on a pair of Eloquii pants. Of course, black leather made an appearance, most notably on Cheva, Luka Sabbat and Hannah Strafford Taylor, who finished off her look with this season's must-have square-toe Bottega Veneta mule. Filippa Hägg kept warm in a Chanel turtleneck and Alice Naylor-Leyland partied at home in a black-trimmed white lace dress from Alessandra Rich and a pair of killer heels. Last, but certainly not least, let's not forget Ariana Grande's signature oversized black sweatshirt and white Crocs.
