Stars Shine Bright at the LACMA Art + Film Gala

It was all-out glamour at the LACMA Art + Film Gala, presented by Gucci, as the worlds of art, entertainment and fashion gathered for “The Met Gala of the West Coast” over the weekend.
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) celebrated its ninth annual Art + Film Gala honoring artist Betye Saar and filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón on Saturday night. The star-studded event, co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio, raised more than $4.6 million for the museum and included a performance by Grammy winner Anderson Paak.

“Suki and I wanted to channel old Hollywood glamour and the beautiful Gucci peach-tone column gown lent itself perfectly to the evening,” said Megan Gray, Suki Waterhouse’s stylist. Gucci has been the presenting sponsor of the LACMA Art + Film Gala for nine consecutive years and a majority of the attendees are outfitted by the brand for the big night. In addition to Suki, those wearing Gucci were Jared Leto, Brie Larson, Billie Eilish, and Zoe Saldana, to name but a few. Naomi Campbell wore red Versace, Camila Morrone wore white Carolina Herrera, and Molly Sims raved about her black Alex Perry, stating, “This was one of my favorite looks of all time.”
